1. القبول1. Acceptance

باستخدامك تطبيق «شيّك» أو بإنشاء حساب فيه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وإرشادات المجتمع. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق. يقدّم التطبيق مطوّر فرد يقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية.By using the Shayyik app or creating an account you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by an individual developer based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. الخدمة2. The service

التطبيق أداة لتنظيم بيانات سيارتك (الوقود والصيانة والمصاريف والوثائق والتذكيرات). ويوفر اختيارياً مجتمعاً للأسئلة والأجوبة، ومشاركة السيارة مع أشخاص تدعوهم، وإدارة أسطول، وإضافة بطاقات إلى Apple Wallet. قد نغيّر الخدمة أو نوقف جزءاً منها، وسنبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبلاغك مسبقاً بالتغييرات الجوهرية.The app is a tool for organising your car data (fuel, service, expenses, documents and reminders). It optionally offers a question-and-answer community, sharing a car with people you invite, fleet management, and adding passes to Apple Wallet. We may change the service or stop part of it, and will make a reasonable effort to tell you in advance of major changes.

3. الحساب3. Your account

يتم تسجيل الدخول عبر حساب Apple. أنت مسؤول عن نشاط حسابك وعن جوالك. ويجب ألا يتضمن اسمك المستعار ما يوحي بأنك فريق شيّك أو مشرف أو جهة رسمية، وألا يكون مسيئاً. يجوز لنا رفض اسم مستعار أو تغييره.You sign in with your Apple account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for your phone. Your nickname must not suggest that you are the Shayyik team, a moderator or an official body, and must not be offensive. We may refuse or change a nickname.

4. الاشتراك والدفع4. Subscription and payment

بعض الميزات التي تتطلب تسجيل الدخول قد تكون مدفوعة باشتراك. يتم الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء عبر حسابك في App Store وفق شروط Apple، ولا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك. يعتمد اشتراك المالك أو المدير وحده، ولا يُطلب من الأعضاء المدعوين إلى سيارة مشتركة ولا من سائقي الأسطول اشتراك خاص بهم. وبطاقات المحفظة لا تتطلب اشتراكاً ولا حساباً.Some features that need sign-in may require a subscription. Payment, renewal and cancellation happen through your App Store account under Apple's terms, and we never receive your card details. Only the owner or manager needs a subscription: members invited to a shared car and fleet drivers do not need their own. Wallet passes need neither a subscription nor an account.

5. المحتوى الذي تنشره5. Content you post

تبقى ملكية ما تنشره لك. وبنشره في المجتمع تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري لاستضافته وعرضه داخل الخدمة ما دام منشوراً. وتتعهد بأن لك الحق في نشره وبالتزامك بإرشادات المجتمع. نفحص الصور آلياً قبل ظهورها، ويجوز لنا وللمشرفين إخفاء أي محتوى أو حذفه، وتقييد الحساب أو حظره، إذا خالف الإرشادات أو النظام. ويمكنك حذف منشوراتك في أي وقت.You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in the community you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and show it inside the service while it is posted. You confirm you have the right to post it and that you follow the community guidelines. Photos are checked automatically before they appear, and we and the moderators may hide or delete any content, and restrict or ban an account, that breaks the guidelines or the law. You can delete your posts at any time.

6. مشاركة السيارات والأساطيل6. Shared cars and fleets

• عند دعوتك شخصاً إلى سيارة فإنه يرى سجلاتها بحسب الدور الذي تمنحه (محرر أو مشاهد)، ويمكنك إزالته في أي وقت. لا تدعُ إلا من تثق به.When you invite someone to a car they see its records according to the role you give (editor or viewer), and you can remove them at any time. Invite only people you trust.
• إذا غادرت سيارة مشتركة أو أُزيلت منها فتحتفظ بنسخة محلية على جوالك. وإذا حذف المالك حسابه أو أوقف المشاركة حُذفت بيانات السيارة من الخادم، وتبقى لدى كل عضو نسخته المحلية.If you leave a shared car or are removed, you keep a local copy on your phone. If the owner deletes their account or stops sharing, the car's data is deleted from the server and each member keeps their local copy.
• مدير الأسطول مسؤول عن إبلاغ سائقيه بما يُسجَّل ويظهر له من بياناتهم (أسماؤهم المستعارة وتعبئاتهم)، وعن التزامه بأنظمة العمل. وإذا أزال المدير سائقاً أو حذف الأسطول فقد السائق وصوله إلى سيارات الأسطول.A fleet manager is responsible for telling their drivers what is recorded and shown to the manager about them (nicknames and fill-ups), and for complying with labour rules. If a manager removes a driver or deletes the fleet, the driver loses access to the fleet's cars.
• حدود الخدمة الحالية: 6 أشخاص لكل سيارة عائلية، و5 سيارات مشتركة لكل شخص، و10 سيارات و15 سائقاً لكل أسطول.Current limits: 6 people per family car, 5 shared cars per person, and 10 cars and 15 drivers per fleet.

7. بطاقات Apple Wallet7. Apple Wallet passes

البطاقات التي ينشئها التطبيق نسخ شخصية للتذكير فقط، وليست وثائق رسمية ولا تغني عنها. احمل أوراقك الرسمية دائماً. وأنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تدخلها فيها.The passes the app creates are personal reminder copies only. They are not official documents and do not replace them. Always carry your official papers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter in them.

8. المعلومات والنصائح8. Information and advice

ما يعرضه التطبيق، ومنه الأجوبة من أعضاء المجتمع، ووصف رموز الأعطال، وأسعار الوقود، وتقديرات الاستهلاك والتكلفة، معلومات عامة وليست مشورة مهنية أو ميكانيكية. وأسعار الوقود استرشادية وقد تتأخر. استشر ورشة أو فنياً مختصاً قبل أي إصلاح، وتحمّل مسؤولية قرارك.What the app shows, including answers from community members, fault-code descriptions, fuel prices, and economy and cost estimates, is general information and not professional or mechanical advice. Fuel prices are indicative and may lag. Ask a workshop or a qualified technician before any repair, and take responsibility for your own decision.

9. الاستخدام غير المسموح9. What you must not do

لا يجوز لك محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين، أو تعطيل الخدمة أو إرهاقها، أو الالتفاف على حدود الاستخدام، أو إساءة استخدام خدمة توقيع البطاقات، أو استخدام التطبيق لمخالفة النظام.You must not try to reach other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, get around usage limits, misuse the pass-signing service, or use the app to break the law.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها10. Disclaimer and limits

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمان لخلوه من الأخطاء أو لاستمراره دون انقطاع. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة، ولا فقدان بيانات لم تحتفظ بنسخة منها، ولا القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على ما يعرضه التطبيق. ولا يستبعد ذلك مسؤوليتنا حيث لا يجيز النظام استبعادها.The app is provided "as is" with no promise that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of data you did not keep a copy of, or for decisions you make from what the app shows. This does not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.

11. الإنهاء11. Ending

يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. ويجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو الإرشادات. وتبقى البنود التي بطبيعتها تستمر بعد الإنهاء سارية.You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time inside the app. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or the guidelines. Terms that by their nature continue will remain in force after ending.

12. التعديل12. Changes

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. وإذا كان التعديل جوهرياً فسنحدّث رقم الإصدار ونطلب موافقتك داخل التطبيق قبل استمرارك في استخدام الميزات التي تتطلب حساباً.We may change these terms. If a change is material we will update the version and ask for your agreement in the app before you continue with features that need an account.

13. النظام الواجب التطبيق13. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، مع عدم الإخلال بأي حقوق نظامية لا يجوز التنازل عنها.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom decide any dispute arising from them, without affecting any legal rights that cannot be waived.
