1. من نحن1. Who we are

يقدّم تطبيق «شيّك» مطوّر فرد يقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية («نحن»). نحن الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة البيانات الشخصية الموضحة في هذه السياسة. وللتواصل بشأنها: support@shayyik.com.The Shayyik app is provided by an individual developer based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@shayyik.com.

2. ما يبقى على جوالك2. What stays on your phone

سجلات الوقود والصيانة والمصاريف والوثائق ومرفقاتها وصورها، وكذلك رقم اللوحة ورقم الهيكل (VIN)، محفوظة على جوالك. لا نستلم شيئاً منها إلا في الحالات المبيّنة في البند 3. وإذا فعّلت iCloud فإن نسخة من بيانات التطبيق تُحفظ في حسابك الخاص في iCloud لدى شركة Apple، ولا نملك إمكانية الاطلاع عليها.Your fuel, service, expense and document records, their attachments and photos, and your plate number and VIN are stored on your phone. We receive none of it except in the cases listed in section 3. If you turn on iCloud, a copy of the app data is kept in your own iCloud account with Apple, and we cannot see it.

3. ما نحفظه على خوادمنا، بحسب الميزة3. What we store on our servers, by feature

تسجيل الدخول مطلوب فقط للنشر في المجتمع، ولمشاركة سيارة أو الانضمام إلى مشاركة، ولإنشاء أسطول أو الانضمام إليه. قراءة المجتمع وإضافة بطاقات المحفظة لا تتطلبان تسجيل الدخول.Signing in is needed only to post in the community, to share a car or join a share, and to create or join a fleet. Reading the community and adding Wallet passes do not need sign-in.

• الحساب (تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple): نطلب من Apple ألا ترسل لنا اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني. نحفظ بصمة مشفّرة (SHA-256) لمعرّف حسابك لدى Apple بدلاً من المعرّف نفسه، والاسم المستعار الذي تكتبه، ولغة التطبيق، ورقم إصدار الشروط التي وافقت عليها، ودورك (مستخدم أو مشرف). نحفظ كذلك رمز التحديث الصادر من Apple بعد تشفيره (AES-GCM) لنتمكن من إلغاء ربط حسابك لدى Apple عند حذفه. وتُحفظ جلسات الدخول (بصمة الرمز واسم الجهاز ووقت الإنشاء وآخر استخدام)، وتنتهي بعد 90 يوماً من آخر استخدام وبحد أقصى 365 يوماً.Account (Sign in with Apple): we ask Apple not to send us your name or email. We store a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your Apple account identifier instead of the identifier itself, the nickname you type, the app language, the version of the terms you accepted, and your role (user or moderator). We also store the refresh token Apple issues, encrypted (AES-GCM), so that we can revoke the link to your Apple account when you delete your account. Sign-in sessions (a hash of the token, the device name, creation time and last use) expire 90 days after last use and at most 365 days after creation.
• المجتمع: الأسئلة والأجوبة التي تكتبها، وتصويتات «نفع معي أيضاً»، واشتراكاتك في الأسئلة، والبلاغات التي ترسلها، وقائمة من حظرتهم، وسجل إجراءات الإشراف.Community: the questions and answers you write, "fixed it for me too" votes, your question subscriptions, the reports you file, your block list, and the moderation log.
• الصور: الصور التي تضيفها إلى منشور بصيغة JPEG فقط. تُرسَل كل صورة إلى خدمة الإشراف لدى شركة OpenAI لفحصها قبل أن يراها أي شخص، ولا تُرسَل لأي غرض آخر. وإذا تعذّر الفحص رُفضت الصورة. تُحفظ الصور المقبولة في تخزين Cloudflare R2، وتُعرض فقط ما دام المنشور المرتبط بها ظاهراً. الصورة التي لا تُرفق بمنشور خلال 24 ساعة تُحذف. لا تُقبل الصور التي تحمل بيانات EXIF.Photos: JPEG photos you attach to a post. Each photo is sent to OpenAI's moderation service to be checked before anyone sees it, and for no other purpose. If the check cannot run, the photo is refused. Accepted photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and shown only while the post they belong to is visible. A photo not attached to a post within 24 hours is deleted. Photos that carry EXIF data are refused.
• السيارات المشتركة: عند بدء مشاركة سيارة نحفظ اسمها وصنعها وطرازها وسنتها وفئتها ولونها ووحداتها وميزانية الوقود الشهرية وبيانات الضمان وقراءة العداد، وسجلات الوقود والصيانة والتذكيرات والمصاريف، وبيانات الوثائق (النوع والعنوان ورقم وثيقة التأمين أو الاستمارة وتاريخا الإصدار والانتهاء والتكلفة والملاحظات)، وقائمة الأعضاء وأدوارهم، ورموز الدعوة بصيغة مجزّأة فقط.Shared cars: when you start sharing a car we store its name, make, model, year, trim, colour, units, monthly fuel budget, warranty details and odometer; its fuel, service, reminder and expense records; document details (type, title, insurance or registration number, issue and expiry dates, cost, notes); the member list and roles; and invite codes, only as hashes.
• ما لا نستلمه أبداً: رقم اللوحة، رقم الهيكل (VIN)، رخصة القيادة، الهوية الوطنية، مرفقات الوثائق وصورها. ويرفض خادمنا هذه البيانات إن أُرسلت إليه ضمن السيارات المشتركة.What we never receive: plate number, VIN, driving licence, National ID, document attachments and their photos. Our server refuses this data if it is sent as part of a shared car.
• الأساطيل: اسم الأسطول، وأعضاؤه وأدوارهم (مدير أو سائق)، والسيارات المسندة إلى كل سائق، وسجلات السيارات كما في البند السابق، وتقرير شهري مختصر (المسافة واللترات والتكلفة وعدد الصيانات والمصاريف والمخالفات غير المسددة والوثائق القريبة من الانتهاء وعدد التعبئات لكل سائق). يرى المدير اسم السائق المستعار وما سجّله من تعبئات.Fleets: the fleet name, its members and roles (manager or driver), the cars assigned to each driver, car records as above, and a short monthly report (distance, litres, cost, number of services, expenses, unpaid fines, documents about to expire, and fill-ups per driver). The manager sees a driver's nickname and the fill-ups that driver logged.
• بطاقات المحفظة: عند إضافة وثيقة إلى Apple Wallet يرسل التطبيق حقول البطاقة (مثل العنوان والرقم وتاريخ الانتهاء، ورقم اللوحة في بطاقة الاستمارة فقط) إلى خادمنا ليوقّعها بشهادة Apple ويعيدها إليك، ولا يتطلب ذلك حساباً. لا نحفظ محتوى البطاقة. نحفظ فقط معرّف البطاقة ونوعها ووقت التوقيع، ومعرّف حسابك إن كنت مسجّلاً.Wallet passes: when you add a document to Apple Wallet, the app sends the pass fields (such as title, number and expiry date, and the plate number on the registration pass only) to our server, which signs the pass with an Apple certificate and returns it to you. No account is needed. We do not store the content of the pass. We store only the pass identifier, its type and the signing time, and your account identifier if you are signed in.
• الإشعارات: رمز جهازك لدى Apple للإشعارات محفوظاً بعد تشفيره. ونص الإشعار لا يتضمن سوى مفتاح لغوي واسم مستعار.Notifications: your Apple push token, stored encrypted. A notification contains only a language key and a nickname.
• الاشتراك: يتم الدفع عبر Apple. نحفظ حالة الاشتراك وتاريخ انتهائه ومعرّف المنتج فقط، ولا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك.Subscription: payment is handled by Apple. We store only the subscription status, its end date and the product identifier. We never receive your card details.
• قائمة انتظار النسخة التجريبية: عند التسجيل في الموقع نحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني ونوع سيارتك كما تكتبه، ولغة الصفحة، ووقت التسجيل. نستخدمها فقط لإرسال دعوة النسخة التجريبية إليك، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة ولا نرسل إليك إعلانات. ولحذفها راسلنا على support@shayyik.com.Beta waitlist: when you sign up on the website we store your email, your car as you type it, the page language and the sign-up time. We use them only to send you the beta invite. We never share them and never send you ads. To have them deleted, email support@shayyik.com.
• بيانات تقنية: تعالج Cloudflare عنوان الاتصال (IP) لحماية الخدمة وتحديد عدد الطلبات، ولا نحفظ هذا العنوان في قاعدة بياناتنا. وقد تحتفظ Cloudflare بسجلات تقنية وفق سياستها.Technical data: Cloudflare processes your connection address (IP) to protect the service and limit request rates. We do not store that address in our database. Cloudflare may keep technical logs under its own policy.

4. ما لا نفعله4. What we do not do

لا توجد إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع جهات تسويقية. ولا يستلم خادمنا موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك.There are no ads and no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data or share it with marketers. Our server does not receive your location or your contacts.

5. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات لحسابنا5. Who processes data for us

• Apple: تسجيل الدخول، والإشعارات، وبطاقات المحفظة، والاشتراكات، وiCloud.Apple: sign-in, notifications, Wallet, subscriptions and iCloud.
• Cloudflare: استضافة الخدمة، وقاعدة البيانات، وتخزين الصور، وحماية الشبكة.Cloudflare: hosting, the database, photo storage and network protection.
• OpenAI: فحص الصور المرفوعة إلى المجتمع فقط.OpenAI: checking photos uploaded to the community, only.

6. مكان التخزين ونقل البيانات خارج المملكة6. Where data is stored, and transfer outside the Kingdom

تُحفظ بيانات الخادم لدى Cloudflare خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد اخترنا إقليم أوروبا الشرقية لقاعدة البيانات. وتعالج OpenAI الصور المرسلة للفحص على خوادمها خارج المملكة. يتم نقل البيانات إلى الخارج بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة فقط، ووفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة ولوائحه التنفيذية.Server data is stored with Cloudflare outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we chose the Eastern Europe region for the database. OpenAI processes photos sent for checking on its servers outside the Kingdom. Data is transferred abroad only as far as needed to provide the service, in line with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.

7. الأساس النظامي للمعالجة7. Legal basis

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك عند تسجيل الدخول واستخدام الميزة المعنية، ولأجل تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها. ويمكنك الرجوع عن موافقتك في أي وقت بحذف حسابك أو بإيقاف المشاركة.We process your data on the basis of your consent when you sign in and use a feature, and to deliver the service you asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or stopping a share.

8. مدد الاحتفاظ8. How long we keep data

• بيانات الحساب والمنشورات والسيارات المشتركة والأساطيل: حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.Account data, posts, shared cars and fleets: until you delete them or your account.
• جلسات الدخول: 90 يوماً من آخر استخدام وبحد أقصى 365 يوماً.Sign-in sessions: 90 days after last use, at most 365 days.
• سجلات الحذف داخل السيارة المشتركة: 180 يوماً.Delete markers inside a shared car: 180 days.
• دعوات المشاركة: تنتهي خلال المدة المحددة عند إنشائها (7 أيام افتراضياً) ثم تُحذف.Share invites: expire after the period set when created (7 days by default), then are deleted.
• الصور غير المرفقة بمنشور: 24 ساعة. عدادات الحدود اليومية: 3 أيام.Photos not attached to a post: 24 hours. Daily-limit counters: 3 days.
• سجل حظر الحسابات المخالفة: لمدة الحظر، حتى لا يعيد المحظور التسجيل بعد حذف حسابه.Ban records: for the length of the ban, so that a banned person cannot sign up again after deleting an account.
• قائمة انتظار النسخة التجريبية: حتى إرسال الدعوات وانتهاء النسخة التجريبية، ثم تُحذف.Beta waitlist: until the invites are sent and the beta ends, then deleted.
• قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية لدى Cloudflare مدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً بعد الحذف.Cloudflare backups may keep copies for up to 30 days after deletion.

9. حقوقك9. Your rights

يكفل لك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الحق في العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والاطلاع عليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها، والرجوع عن موافقتك. ويمكنك تصدير بياناتك وحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق، وتعديل اسمك المستعار (مرة واحدة كل 7 أيام). ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على support@shayyik.com وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً. وإن رأيت أن حقوقك لم تُراعَ فلك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).The Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to know how your data is processed, to access it and get a copy, to correct it, to ask for its destruction, and to withdraw consent. You can export your data and delete your account inside the app, and change your nickname (once every 7 days). For any other request write to support@shayyik.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you believe your rights were not respected you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

10. حذف الحساب10. Deleting your account

يتطلب حذف الحساب إعادة تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple وتأكيداً نهائياً. وعند الحذف نمسح: الجلسات ورموز الإشعارات والأسئلة والأجوبة والتصويتات والاشتراكات والحظر والبلاغات التي أرسلتها، وصورك على الخادم، وسجل بطاقات المحفظة، والسيارات التي تملكها على الخادم (ويحتفظ كل عضو بنسخته المحلية على جواله)، والأساطيل التي تملكها، وعضويتك في سيارات وأساطيل الآخرين. وتبقى البلاغات المقدّمة ضدك محفوظة دون ربطها بك. ثم نلغي ربط حسابك لدى Apple. لا يمس الحذف البيانات الموجودة على جوالك.Deleting needs a fresh Sign in with Apple and a final confirmation. We then erase: your sessions, push tokens, questions, answers, votes, subscriptions, blocks and reports you filed, your photos on the server, your pass log, the cars you own on the server (each member keeps their own local copy on their phone), the fleets you own, and your membership in other people's cars and fleets. Reports filed against you are kept without a link to you. We then revoke the link to your Apple account. Deleting does not touch the data on your phone.

11. حماية البيانات11. Security

تتم جميع الاتصالات عبر HTTPS. نخزّن رموز الجلسات ورموز الدعوة ومعرّف حسابك لدى Apple بصيغة مجزّأة لا يمكن عكسها، ونشفّر رمز التحديث ورموز الإشعارات. ولا يصل أي مستخدم إلى سيارة أو أسطول إلا إذا كان عضواً فيه. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بالكامل.All connections use HTTPS. Session tokens, invite codes and your Apple account identifier are stored as one-way hashes, and the refresh token and push tokens are encrypted. A user can reach a car or fleet only as a member of it. Even so, no transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. الأطفال12. Children

التطبيق غير موجّه إلى الأطفال، ولا نجمع عمداً بيانات منهم.The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

13. تغيير هذه السياسة13. Changes to this policy

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغييراً جوهرياً فسنحدّث رقم الإصدار وتاريخه، ونطلب موافقتك من جديد داخل التطبيق عند اللزوم.If we change this policy in a material way we will update the version and date, and ask for your consent again in the app where needed.
