اكتب ما ينفعWrite what helps

• اذكر الطراز والسنة والعَرَض أو الكود بوضوح، واكتب سؤالاً واحداً في كل منشور.Say the model, year and symptom or code clearly, and ask one question per post.
• إذا نفعك جواب فاضغط «نفع معي أيضاً». وصاحب السؤال يحدد الجواب الذي حلّ المشكلة.If an answer worked for you, press "fixed it for me too". The person who asked marks the answer that solved it.
• نصائح الإصلاح لا تغني عن فحص فني. أخبر الآخرين بما جرّبته فعلاً.Repair tips do not replace a technical inspection. Tell others what you actually tried.

ممنوع في المنشورات والتعليقاتNot allowed in posts and answers

• الإساءة والشتم والتهديد والتمييز، والتحرش بأي عضو.Abuse, insults, threats, discrimination, and harassing any member.
• المحتوى الجنسي أو الصادم أو العنيف.Sexual, shocking or violent content.
• الروابط والبريد الإلكتروني وأرقام الجوال. يرفضها التطبيق تلقائياً.Links, email addresses and phone numbers. The app refuses them automatically.
• رقم الهيكل (VIN) ولوحات السيارات والبيانات الشخصية لك أو لغيرك. يرفض التطبيق ما يشبهها.VINs, number plates and personal data about you or anyone else. The app refuses text that looks like them.
• الإعلان والترويج والبيع، والمنشورات المكررة، وما لا علاقة له بالسيارات.Advertising, promotion, selling, duplicate posts, and anything unrelated to cars.
• انتحال صفة فريق شيّك أو المشرفين أو جهة رسمية.Pretending to be the Shayyik team, the moderators or an official body.

الصورPhotos

• أخفِ لوحة السيارة والوجوه قبل رفع الصورة. تُفحص كل صورة آلياً قبل ظهورها، وتُرفض الصور غير المناسبة.Hide the number plate and any faces before you attach a photo. Every photo is checked automatically before it appears, and unsuitable photos are refused.
• صور JPEG فقط، ولا يزيد حجم الصورة على 600 كيلوبايت.JPEG only, and no larger than 600 KB.

الإبلاغ والحظرReporting and blocking

• يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي سؤال أو جواب أو عضو لأحد الأسباب: مزعج، إساءة، محتوى جنسي، معلومات شخصية (لوحة أو وجه)، خارج الموضوع.You can report any question, answer or member for one of these reasons: spam, abuse, sexual content, personal information (a plate or a face), off-topic.
• يمكنك حظر أي عضو، فلا ترى محتواه ولا يرى محتواك.You can block any member: you stop seeing their content and they stop seeing yours.
• إذا بلّغ عن المنشور 3 أعضاء مختلفين من ذوي الحسابات القائمة منذ أكثر من 24 ساعة، أُخفي تلقائياً ريثما يراجعه المشرف.If 3 different members whose accounts are older than 24 hours report a post, it is hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it.
• نسعى إلى مراجعة البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة.We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

ما يترتب على المخالفةWhat happens if you break them

قد يخفي المشرف المحتوى أو يحذفه، أو يحظر الحساب مؤقتاً أو دائماً. ويبقى الحظر قائماً ولو حُذف الحساب وأُعيد إنشاؤه. للاعتراض على إجراء اكتب إلى support@shayyik.com مع اسمك المستعار وسبب اعتراضك.A moderator may hide or delete content, or ban an account for a time or for good. A ban stays in force even if the account is deleted and created again. To appeal, write to support@shayyik.com with your nickname and your reason.

الحسابات المنشورة باسم «فريق شيّك» تحمل شارة خاصة، وهي مواضيع بدئية كتبها المطوّر.Posts under the "Shayyik team" name carry a badge. They are starter topics written by the developer.
