الإبلاغ عن محتوى أو إساءةReporting content or abuse

الأسرع أن تضغط «إبلاغ» على السؤال أو الجواب أو الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق. وإن تعذّر ذلك فاكتب إلينا رابط المنشور أو اسم العضو المستعار وسبب البلاغ. نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة.The fastest way is the "Report" button on the question, answer or profile inside the app. If you cannot use it, write to us with the post link or the member's nickname and the reason. We review reports within 24 hours.

حذف حسابك وبياناتكDeleting your account and data

1. افتح التطبيق، ثم الإعدادات، ثم قسم حسابك، واختر «حذف الحساب».Open the app, then Settings, then your account section, and choose "Delete account".
2. اقرأ الشرح، واكتب اسمك المستعار، وأعد تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple، ثم أكّد.Read the explanation, type your nickname, sign in with Apple again, then confirm.
3. يُحذف حسابك وما كتبته وصورك والسيارات التي تملكها على الخادم، ويُلغى ربط حسابك لدى Apple. أما بيانات جوالك فتبقى كما هي.Your account, what you wrote, your photos and the cars you own on the server are deleted, and the link to your Apple account is revoked. The data on your phone stays as it is.

إن لم تستطع فتح التطبيق فاكتب إلينا من بريد تستطيع إثبات صلتك به، وأرسل اسمك المستعار ولقطة من شاشة حسابك إن وُجدت، وسنتحقق ونحذف الحساب.If you cannot open the app, write to us with your nickname and a screenshot of your account screen if you have one, and we will verify and delete the account.

طلبات البيانات الشخصيةPersonal data requests

يمكنك تصدير بياناتك من داخل التطبيق. ولطلب التصحيح أو الإتلاف أو غير ذلك من الحقوق الواردة في سياسة الخصوصية راسلنا، وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً.You can export your data inside the app. For correction, destruction or any other right in the privacy policy, write to us and we will answer within 30 days.

مشكلة في بطاقة المحفظة أو المشاركة أو الاشتراكA problem with a Wallet pass, sharing or your subscription

اكتب لنا وصفاً قصيراً وما ظهر لك من رسالة. ولإدارة اشتراكك أو إلغائه افتح إعدادات حسابك في App Store.Send a short description and any message you saw. To manage or cancel your subscription, open your App Store account settings.
